 Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipping charges must be paid before your order will ship; a separate 'request for payment' invoice will be issued through Pay-Pal prior to the shipping of your order.

All orders must be paid for before they ship using the above credit, debit cards or PayPal.

We no longer send COD shipments.

Red Barn Ranch Wholesale is a business to business company.

In-stock orders will typically ship within 48 hours.  We ship FedEx Ground or Priority Mail depending on your location.  Shipping will be added to your total.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks. Out of stock and or back-ordered items will not be charged to your shipped order--but can ship and charge upon arrival unless instructed otherwise by you the customer. Generally all backordered items you will need to re-order unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

We reserve the right to update an item design, color, or substitute an item whenever these changes represent an equal or better design or value for our customer.   If an item is no longer available or out of stock at the time of shipping we will make every effort to contact you. If we are unable to contact you and a suitable replacement/substitute is available it will be shipped to you to fill your order. 

International customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees. We are an Authorized and Approved International Shipper and ship world wide via air freight, boat or Postal Service.

Canadian customers: All orders under $500.00 are shipped by postal carrier unless otherwise specified.

Shipping charges are determined and may vary from actual computerized invoice depending on destination, weight, and dimension of package(s) being sent.  Additional Shipping and handling fees are sole responsibility of customer(s).  FedEx shipping charges listed online are to commercial address and do not reflect our discount. Shipping to a residential address has a higher cost factor than a commercial address.  FedEx ships to  Residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday and does not delivery to home addresses on Monday's.  

We seek to find the least expensive shipping method arriving in a timely matter to serve you best.  IF you have a corporate shipping account with a particular shipping company or want to use a specific shipping method you must include that information with your order. UPS shipments will incurr a $15.00 pick up fee (charged by UPS )


We will drop ship to your customer, saving you time and overhead costs. The Drop shipping fee is $3.00 per address. Drop ship fee is non-refundable.

As a drop shipper it is your responsibility to maintain and update your website with our products. We do not assume any responsibility for products on your web site that are unavailable or out of stock.  After becoming a Red Barn Ranch Dealer, email the office for complete Drop ship information, requirments, restrictions and responsibilities.

We have always been a "green" company--recycling boxes, packing material and paper. When your order arrives the box may not be pretty but you saved a tree and that is a good thing!


Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Red Barn Ranch. We strive to provide the highest quality products and service in our industry.  However, in the event that a discrepancy in the items received or not received, you must follow our return policy for proper credit.

All items are sold at wholesale prices and all sales are final. Therefore, credit/returns are only accepted for items which contain manufacturer defects or our error and only within 10 days from the shipping date. If a product needs to be returned it would only be accepted with an return authorization number. (see below)  We will work with you to resolve any damaged merchandise; replacing or repairing it as soon as possible.  ABSOLUTELY NO return for worn items, items with smoke, pet or other odors. 

Re-stocking fee 20% for any item returned that is does not have mfg damage. Shipping non refundable.

If you are missing an item when you receive your order, you must contact the office via email or by phone with in 5 days otherwise said items will not be replaced or refunded.

A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to any unauthorized returns. Any item returned that is not damaged a re-stocking fee will apply

Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number within 10 days of the of ship date.  To obtain an authorization number email:

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged you must immediately contact the shipping company for an inspection and follow their instructions. Notify us so that we can resolve the damaged shipping and replace your merchandise as soon as possible.

Always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged.  Special order items are not returnable.  After 10 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason including errors and defects. To return anything within the 10-day limit, the following procedure must be followed: 

1.    Email Red Barn Ranch Wholesale and obtain a Return Authorization number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage.  Include the following with your return: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a short note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement or credit on account.

  1. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. Freight collect packages are not accepted. If it is an error on our part we will have the item picked up by FedEx pr issue you a shipping label. 

Red Barn Ranch Wholesale accepts all returns subject to inspection.



Opening order $100.00  Minimum Re-Order $100.00--if an order is placed under the minimum a service charge will be added to your order. Mimimum order amount does not include shipping

Here at Red Barn Ranch Wholesale some of our items are hand made by local artisans and will vary slightly from one to another.  Our wood signs are made from American Pine, each sign will vary slightly due to the natural material.

Hair on Hide items will vary from hide to hide, patches, color changes etc... are not defects but the nature of that particular hide.

If we are unable to contact you and a suitable replacement/substitute is available it will be shipped to you to fill your order.

Items shown on our on line catalog are photos of the products available at the time of publication. An updated version may be substituted later. All sizes listed are approximations. Although our staff and proofreaders are diligent, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

International orders paid in USA funds only. International orders are shipped Priority Mail or Air Freight depending on location. 
If you have your own freight forwarder or preferred shipping method, please email shipping directions pertaining to your order. 
WHEN paying by PAYPAL--shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and may be different than our online calculator. A request for funds will be issued through Pay Pal for shipping charges prior to your order shipping. Upon receipt of the shipping charges your order will be released for shipping.
Red Barn Ranch has a $100.00 order minimum; a processing fee will be applied to any order under $100.00 (not including shipping) Processing Fee is $10.00 per order (excluding Drop Ship accounts)
International orders a $5.00 customs paperwork / handling is added to each order
